Horrible communication. I asked the seller for very specific dimensions for a logo that I needed to match. It was like a whack-a-mole experience. When he got one thing right, it would be wrong in another way. For example, once the logo dimensions and sizing was correct, the file type was incorrect (i.e. jpeg vs. png). These were small things and I constantly felt as though I had to hold his hand throughout the entire process. I wanted someone who I could give simple instructions and they could deliver relatively quickly. My communication was very clear, but unfortunately he did not make any effort to understand and seemed to be doing things half-heartedly. Will not re-order from him.

This seller is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Perfectly cordial, professional, patient, even with multiple logo revisions. I will always go to them first. Excellent quality work.
