Suppose to be 24 h service for social kit media logo and it took a few days to have all files and we cannot open the vector files because we have to buy the Adobe software to open it! So, I cannot resize my logo for my business (print-on-demand). We paid for Vector files and we cannot use those with free app! Make sure to put the right currency in your setting! I paid in US instead of CAN! It was difficult for a simple request (logo kit for business!). I have to remind the seller: the 3D mockup he forgot but I can't use: it's just a logo on a paper! So, I can't use the Vector files & 3D mockup logo! Just logos for SM were easy to open but I have to try it if it's the right size for SM. ):

The first project went very smoothly and was completed very quickly and why I decided to use him again. However, the second project took way too long to get it done. It took 6 days to complete this project. I believe it took so long because when I requested a modification, it took 24 hours to get a revised delivery back to me. I don't believe he was reviewing the proof because I had misspelled words, spaces, etc. It almost appeared that he was rushed. Like I said, first project was excellent and second project, not so much.

This artist is fabulous. I thought maybe I was not descriptive enough in what I wanted but it seems he read my mind. The logo design was perfectly created, the style and layout were spot on what we wanted. His design talents far exceed my expectations with the faster delivery!
